When you send us an inquiry, we receive what you type into the form: your name, company, email address, and — if you choose to provide them — your phone number, country, application segment, estimated volume, preferred delivery terms, and your message. When you choose a language, we store that single preference in your browser so the site opens in the same language next time. We do not ask for, and have no use for, any other personal information.
We use inquiry details for one purpose only: to answer you and, if it leads somewhere, to handle the resulting business relationship. That is our legitimate interest as a supplier responding to a request you initiated. We do not sell your information, we do not share it for advertising, and we do not use it to build a profile of you.

We keep inquiry correspondence only as long as it is needed for the purpose it was sent for — answering you, and any business relationship that follows — plus any period we are required to keep records for by law. If you would like your inquiry deleted, tell us and we will remove it.
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can also object to our use of it. Write to us using the details below and we will respond. There is no charge for this.
